CTC systems enable the Navy to share tactical information with other ships, aircrafts, submarines, and land control operations.

Cornet Technology has worked with the U.S. Navy’s SPAWAR Command (Space and Naval Warfare) to provide switches for a variety of tactical communication requirements.

Cornet Technology solutions play a part in upgrading Naval shipboard communications systems. For over five years, our rugged conference, red and black digital switches have been deployed in various ship classes (DDGs 81-99; LPD 17, 18, 19; CVN 68, 69, 76, and LHD-8) to streamline shipboard communication, to automate radio room switching, and to replace obsolete equipment. Cornet Technology rugged, communication phones and voice terminals support both secure and non-secure voice communications within ISDN and IP networks.

Conferencing Application

CTI’s conference switches are utilized by the Navy to connect any shipboard ISDN or Analog telephone to radios for conference calls. These high-speed AN/USQ-155 (V) conference switches are capable of conferencing digital and analog phones to encryption devices. Dynamic system configuration is provided through the use of CTI’s CorScan® software enabling operators to make virtually instantaneous configuration changes. For security purposes, any connection made with the conference switch can be recorded on a recording or voice logger device.
