iVDO Octal Decoder
The iVDO Octal Decoder is a full featured, eight-channel MPEG-4 decoder capable of simultaneously decoding eight streams with two integral Quad multiplexers. The quad multiplexer function enables the operator to select which decoded streams to view and allows any decoded image to be displayed in quad, full screen or picture-in-picture format. The dual quad multiplexer outputs are available as Composite, S-Video, and VGA signals for directly connecting to computer display monitors such as plasmas or LCDs.
The unit takes full advantage of IP technology to provide ease of access, maximum flexibility, and low cost video transport. The decoder is available in both standalone and rackmount versions. The iVDO Octal Decoder is targeted at security and surveillance applications that require video viewing via large flat panel or projection video systems.
