The iVDO Quattro encoder supports either MPEG-2, or MPEG-4, or H.264 at all standard resolutions. This small (1.75” H x 19” W), light weight, and hardened encoder fits easily into crowded video cabinets. The iVDO Quattro is packed with features such as closed captioning, on-screen display, stereo audio, and an internal high performance Ethernet switch that supports QoS. The unit offers multiple configuration options that meet surveillance market demands.
Like our other iVDO models, the iVDO Quattro offers a number of useful features. Multicast and unicast IP packets allow video to be broadcast to single or multiple sites as the application requires. On-screen display provides information such as date and time. Closed captioning is offered for applications that need to display information such as traffic status, Amber alerts, and other important information and can be turned on or off as needed. |
