IPGate AC

The IPGate AC’s modular chassis is ideal for serial to packet applications supporting an extensive range of legacy analog and digital interfaces at data rates ranging from 50 bps to 16.34 Mbps. It can handle up to 64 interfaces of circuit emulation traffic depending on interface type. Its distributed architecture allows any-to-any connectivity between networked devices. To ensure resilience the IPGate AC offers packet and full network redundancy. Configuration information is stored in Flash to protect against the possibility of loss due to a power failure. All chassis port cards are hot swappable and can be intermixed within the same chassis.

The IPGate also offers total tech control functionality for equipment monitoring and testing. No patch panels are required.

IPGate LHSC

Used in pairs, the IPGate LHSC (Long Haul Secure Communications) routes plain or cipher voice communications from a facility-secured encryption device to a remote radio via satellite, land line, or local base’s standards-based IP network. With the four-port IPGate LHSC, each voice channel can be programmed to operate at 16k, 32k, 64k, or 128k. Through the unit’s web browser or Telnet, the operator has the ability to maintain control of the encryption device.
