iVDO CompactA -- Encoder

The iVDO CompactA is available as a single or dual channel SD-SDI or HD-SDI or Composite video and audio encoder using H.264 compression. The dual channel version handles two standard or two high definition channels or one of each. This compact encoder is available with conformal coating to operate in moist or dirty environments.

iVDO Multi E – Encoder/Decoder

Built with for airborne surveillance and reconnaissance applications, the iVDO Multi E is a six-channel encoder that accepts both composite and S-Video (five H.264 and one MPEG-2 channels). The unit also encodes 4 stereo audio inputs and ingests KLV metadata. The main benefit of the iVDO Multi E is its ability to multiplex elementary stream video, KLV metadata, and audio into a single transport stream, using time-stamping to ensure synchronization.

iVDO MultiE+ -- Encoder/Decoder

Like the Multi E, the Multi E+ is specifically designed for air surveillance and reconnaissance applications. Tested to conform to Military Standards for airborne use, the Multi E+ handles:

• four individually configurable MPEG-2 or high or standard definition H.264 channels;
• four stereo audio channels
• KLV metadata

Each video and audio stream along with KLV metadata is packetized into individual elementary streams and then multiplexed into four individual MPEG-2 transport streams. The use of time-stamping ensures that the video, audio, and KLV metadata are in sync.

iVDO Octal – Encoder/Decoder

For applications requiring multiple MPEG-4 encoders or decoders, the DSP based iVDO Octal fits the bill. This single 1U high encoder handles eight analog NTSC video streams converts them from analog to digital, compresses them and transports them over an IP network via its internal six-port Ethernet switch. The decoder takes the digital streams and coverts them back to analog

iVDO Quattro 2000 – Encoder/Decoder

An excellent choice for those looking for maximum encoding/decoding in a streamline 1U high chassis, the iVDO Quattro 2000 offers four independently configurable standard definition H.264, MPEG-4, or MPEG-2 (for those requiring connectivity to legacy systems) encoders or decoders. With this unit you get 4 independent encoders in a singe chassis with a maximum bit rate of up to 6 Mbps for full D1 resolution. The unit also handles audio encoding and decoding.

iVDO Quattro 3000 – Encoder/Decoder

iVDO Stax - Encoder

The iVDO Stax is a four-channel H.264 SD video and audio encoder in a PC104+ format. With such a small footprint it is a perfect fit for tight spaces that require multi-stream capability such as UAVs and ROVs. It fits easily into mobile or fixed routers as well as other devices requiring video and audio encoding. It comes with four composite inputs and a single looped composite video output with on-screen display capabilities.

iVDO Triad - Encoder

The iVDO Triad is a two channel MPEG-2 and H.264 SD encoder on a standard 6U VME board that can fit into any standard VME-based chassis.   This low latency (<100 msec.) encoder handles resolutions up to 1080p/60 at an encode rate of up to 20 Mbps depending on algorithm used.   It will interface with thermo imaging and RGB video input equipment.  The iVDO Triad also accepts synchronous and asynchronous metadata.
