iVDO® NVRP
The iVDO® NVRP is a ruggedized, shock-resistant video recorder/player designed to meet the shock and vibration requirements of an airborne military application. It consists of an aluminum chassis with one Ethernet port, two video outputs, two audio outputs, a power port, one USB port, and two solid-state 256 GB SATA hard drives. The audio and video outputs are filtered and short circuit protected. All external user interfaces are on MIL-DTL-38999 circular connectors. The unit contains a Real Time Clock that is automatically updated via Network Time Protocol software from a local Time Server over the wired Ethernet interface.
The iVDO NVRP can record up to six video streams simultaneously. Any two of these streams can be output as either Composite or S-Video. The unit allows simultaneous recording on both SATA drives.
Video can be played live or from archived files on either drive. Network Accessible Storage (NAS) is handled through the unit’s Ethernet interface. Drives can be read while recording, the NAS function does not interfere with the iVDO NVRP’s video recorder/player functions.

iVDO® NVRP+
The iVDO NVRP+ is designed to record and playback several types of data aboard an aircraft. The unit has dual 512G standard drives that are capable of recording up to 8 hours of data for each of eight input channels including acoustic/SONAR, analog voice, RADAR, electro-optical and Infra-Red (EO/IR) video, Mission Equipment Bus data, and MPEG-2 transport stream data along with metadata as required. All recorded data is time stamped using the aircraft time standard provided by the Mission Equipment Bus.
Related products include a Control Panel used to remotely control the main recorder and a Status Panel used to monitor the basic health of the unit.
All recorded data is stored on removable solid state drives that can be placed in the Ground Archive and Replay Facility (GARF) for download, archive, and review.

iVDO GARF
The iVDO GARF is a ground-based replay, archive, and erase device designed to work in conjunction with Cornet Technology’s iVDO NVRP+ airborne video and data recording unit.
Drives from the iVDO NVRP+ are placed in the iVDO GARF where digital video and data are viewed, copied for archival purposes to another storage media, and then erased and sanitized in compliance with: NATO’s AEDP-3 “Level 1” and AEDP-3 “Level 2” or the Department of Defense’s DOD 5220.22-M Clear level and DOD 5220.22-M Sanitize level. Once erased and sanitized the drives are available for reuse.
