We Install - We Support

Video Convergence maintains its own Technical Support staff to ensure that the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Video and Network solutions we install keep working. Our personnel have hands-on experience with different networking technologies and a range of ITS products. We offer a year of free telephone support for systems we install. Long-term telephone and technical on-site support is provided through a maintenance agreement.

Cornet Technology, Inc. (CTI) warranties are in force for all CTI products sold and installed by Video Convergence.

CTI product warranty:

Cornet Technology, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

While the product is under warranty, Cornet Technology, Inc. will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the client. The defective product must be returned to Cornet Technology, Inc. under a return authorization number requested from and provided by Cornet Technology, Inc. The product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the client by ground transportation at no charge to the client.

The client must operate the equipment in accordance with the manuals furnished. No modification or repair will be done without written authorization from Cornet Technology, Inc. Any such unauthorized modifications or repair action will void the warranty coverage.

Cornet Technology, Inc. liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern this warranty.
