Video Convergence understands the importance of comprehensive project documentation. It is the blue print upon which construction, integration, and installation is based. Additionally, it provides a road map for future expansion. Depending on project requirements, our detailed documentation packages include design plans, schematic diagrams, test procedures, as-built project plans, hardware and software manuals, and maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. We have designed a Document Control, Configuration Management (DCCM) system that identifies the documents to be included in the DCCM, stores the identified documents, controls and tracks documents within the system, and prompts review and approval of documents changes and revisions.

Video Convergence has a staff of training experts experienced in delivering quality end-user courses and in maintaining course standards. We design training packages on installed hardware and software products to fit the specific needs of our client. These packages may include a combination of classroom lectures and hands-on training. Since different audiences are interested in different aspects of the installed system (maintenance group and the operations group), we tailor training for each groups specified needs.
